How are you doing now? You are doing so well to even be contemplating what it would be like to go and see a new therapist. I understand your difficulties with trust and I am just so sorry that this had to happen to you. You are very brave to just be taking this in your stride. No one expects you to boldly trust another therapist straight away. This is going to be another trauma that is going to take some time to process and deal with. But we are all here for you and keep talking about it. Rooting for you.

I just read this thread and want to tell you how sorry I am. So very sorry. I bet your heart is hurting, and I'm sure nothing that any of us do or say on here can make it any better. I am glad that you at least felt up for posting your thoughts, and allowed yourself to receive comfort and support from others on here. I am here if you want to talk or just need extra support. Hang in there. I have a feeling you are a very brave and strong person, and that you'll get through this. Thinking of you.

Thank you your awesome and i'm feeling alot better thank you.
We went to meet our new T yesterday on her request she seems nice our first appointment is the 4th of jan, ive been taking in another thed to a guy called Ren who picked out something i said and kind of run with it so im thinking about what to reply to him.
