Intro and hopefully witty System Map

Hi, okay, I feel awkward, but my girlfriend (caecandy) thought it would be helpful to post something and I do agree because I need a place where I can ask things that no one else can answer, soooo here we go. I am Gwen. I was diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder in the fall of 2009. I currently have 28 alters that I am aware of.

I have;

Andy- who is my protector in personal relationships. He doesn't trust people getting too close, and does anything and everything to push people away to see who will stay. He can be sweet and doesn't like closed in space for a long period of time.

Aphrodite is a little. She not scared of anything. She can also slide in age.

Candice is an inner therapist.

Cherise used to be the gatekeeper.

Dante is a negotiator, who has a way with children

Danu is a mothering, perfectionist. She dresses like a 1950's house-wife. She is a strict Roman Catholic who believes praying is the way to solve everything. Her brothers are Jeremy and Isaiah.

Dementia is new to the house. She is Isaiah's best friend. Also the new gate keeper

Eric is the work horse of the group. He is a "lion". He is Aphrodite and Venus's father. He makes sure everything at work gets done well, especially when I get stressed.

George is an Irish boy. He doesn't come out a lot, but when he is out, he is usually cheering up my girlfriend. He is Ivey's best friend.

God isn't his real name. It's Spencer. He deals with the relationship with Mum.

Isaiah likes to take over when I am depressed. He is Jeremy's twin brother. He is a social worker that has good skills with children. He is depressive but gets very angry when children are mistreated.

Ivey is a typical gay guy. He listens to my thoughts and I am most co-consciousness with. He enjoys music theater, and Shakespeare... lots of Shakespeare. His sister is Cherise.

Jeremy is probably out most. Also probably will be posting a lot. He hates doctors and therapists. He is suppose to drive them away. Jeremy and my girlfriend are best friends.

Jessica-Marie is a boy. He is a male therapist. He is also very stern

Joe's full name is Joealinnynia. She is a vegan hippie who took most of the abuse. Also probably closest to my personality.

Kotonie is a fatherly figure. Well, somewhere between a father figure and a brother. I use to think he was my imaginary friend. Opps, guess not. Also married to Eric.

Kytra is mute. She's fairly new.

Markus is a pot smoking hippie. He controls my OCD.

Matt is our germaphobic doctor. Ivey is his brother.

Moonflower a hippie who really doesn't listen to anyone. She believes that it is 1969 and the war is still going on. She doesn't drive and will take off to go get strawberry Shasta.

Niccolo is nicknamed Sherlock. He is new and likes to watch everything.

Rasha is a protector from the Caribbean. If you can understand everything she says, you are doing well.

Skye and Sophie are new alters and are Rasha and Dante's children.

Tyra is our angry "ghetto" fighter. She fights anyone who is seen as a threat.

Venus is a self destructive teenage alter.

Victoria is a new alter who is running the house.

Will makes sure I am eating, but it usually covered in bacon or catsup or both.
