Physical things your alters do to you???

Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be able to share things their alters have done to the body? I mean physical things besides c**ting. The reason I ask is because I am experiencing something happening at night when I am asleep. It is a physical sensation that wakes me up and I am trying to figure out what it is, thanks.

Sometimes my left arm goes to sleep and I wake up frightened and feeling as if someone else's arm is touching me.

When I am co-con, my eyes have different colors and the shape of the pattern in it changes to. When I'm distracted, my left arm acts on it's own. It does some things (like touching me (both normally and inapropriately) for some reason

I am having this weird thing happening where it sounds like sleep apnea but its in my head, not exactly happening to me. It just sounds like someone in my head has sleep apnea, I don't know how else to put it. Then sometimes I will wake up to what feels like someone blowing air out of my nose but its like its not me. Actually I do have sleep apnea sometimes but these episodes are different...
