For those that have layers, I am getting this figured out. Here is a link to where I am working on it. Thanks to DL for sending me in the right direction! It's all starting to make sense.

triggers

I have been working on what the levels mean in my system. It's still very confusing, but I am running into layers that are introjects of my Grandfather that died a year after I was born - these parts all split in the first year to take sexual, water and other abuse. So many split at 8 months old. How could I have so many introjects of a dying grandfather. Could my brain really have done this at such a young age. I suppose I thought the introjects developed traits over time, but the Grandfather died! I have a layer of girls and a layer of boys that took his name and are Grandfather Introjects. I know my Mother adored her father and hates her Mother. Maybe it had something to do with her grief.

Many others split at this age but they are protectors so they are not on these lists.

I need to make a big chart of the age everyone split and their jobs to get a handle on this.

More insight to what my layers are.....

The earliest hosts have "twins parts" on Level 25. Level 25 decides who will be host or not.

Sage, my ISH tells me there is more of the same in my system which I will work on.

[Ramona - split 3 months. and Helga on level 25]
[Heather - split 8 months and Cassandra on level 25]
[Isabella - split age 2 and Phoebe on level 25]
[Baby Rachel - split age 3 and Rachel on level 25]

more... if interested

I have to start with saying I have no idea what levels or layers are...I'm barely sure of my own alters and their ages, etc!

But I really have to respond to your post to tell you that I admire you and your tenacity. You are so optimistic and have been through quite a bit. Reading your posts helps me because of your strength and poise, your generosity and friendliness. :) I hope to be as persistent in understanding my own mind, and as strong as you.

Have a good day, Tylas. :)
