I think that's what I take as well.
Sometimes it works very well for me and other times it doesn't.
Sometimes I take a single Benadryl too...which I know I shouldn't do.
I also do meditation type things. They work if I can get everyone to cooperate. I imagine I'm floating or something similar. Then say I will relax my toes. And let them just lay limply. I go through my whole body, sometimes a few times.
I have a lot of trouble with the whole sleep thing. One thing that has worked well for me, is to create a contract. Most of mine are related to driving or working, but you could make one like "The body needs to rest at night for its health. All activities must take place during the day. All will be given a chance to use the body at some point in time. No one will have the body solely to him or herself."
