Seriously, the antediluvian preconceptions and unmitigated arrogance of some troglodytic therapists are simply preposterous. I'm wondering how they might distinguish between John and me. We're both fully functional adults. They would have to pick one of us. Because I'm a bit more boring and conventional than him, I suppose they would tap me as the host. Come to think of it, I would rather enjoy John having to play second fiddle for once!
