Sometimes I'll be talking about certain memories, especially those involving a certain abuser in my life and suddenly it will be like I've forgotten English. I will suddenly have an accent and I know that I know English, but I can't think of any English words except maybe no. Everything will be in Spanish which is the language of many of my family members. I would think that maybe this is an alter except that I remember this - although fuzzy. Is it possibly an alter is trying to come out but blending with me in the process? Even writing about this is making me feel fuzzy and it is getting harder to write in English.

The personality fragment split off at that time would have had thought in Spanish and had a Spanish vocabulary, so why not write about these memories in Spanish?

I've had a few episodes where it's almost like I'm using my vocal chords for the first time; like it's really hard to form words at all, so my voice is really slow and child like. Almost whiny, but more of a sad whine as opposed to a spoiled whine. It is strange though because I still feel like me, I just can't speak normally or move normally.
