Hello Everyone
sorry we haven't been around for a while one of Heidi's friends let us use a cottage they have so she could get away from things for a while good thing is it helped her to relax only down side is the cottage has no internet and no phone which was good for Heidi for it let her get some quiet time which she needed very much and she has more control right now over things which we all like very much for she needed to relax and have some time alone
I do have a rather odd question that Heidi has never had an answer for and never really understood either she has many of us and Johnny was the first of us internal beings to come to help Heidi now what I'm unclear about is this
Heidi can see Johnny as if he has his own physical form and she can feel is touch as well as if he has his own physical form is this normal or is it is another condition that Heidi might have and not know about its just it has me worried a little though it doesn't seem to worry Heidi I mostly want to know this way when speak with her cousnelor again we know more and can explain things better
Lightning
I live with PTSD, DID, OCD, Bi Polar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Sever Chronic Depression, Insomnia and Anorexia I have my good days and my bad days with everything and I love how my husband is very supportive, kind, helpful, understanding and above all else he is very loving

As far as normal I can't say, but my wife's alters can see each others forms and it went as far as kayla and angela having a relationship, that ended it abuse after a real life trauma turned kayla mean. Don't know if that helps any.

My GF can see and touch her alters as if they are real as well. To my knowledge it's called co-existing: where you see your alters as hallucinations and see them 'next' to you so to say. My GF's T, who's very experienced in DID, said that it is rare to be able to feel them too. With my GF it goes as far that they can actually physically hurt each other and they will feel it, yet because it doesn't happen for real, the body is unharmed. I don't know how to explain it properly. Anyway you're not weird, it may be a bit rare but there are plenty of people with DID who can co-exist with their alters. So no worries!
