Don't know if I have put this before but there is a line in a song by Nothing but Thieves called Drawing Pins -it says 'What d'you do it, what d'you do it, what y'do it for, Cos I, I, I can't figure it out'. This seems to sum up a lot of our misadventure and our poor internal communication.

This song almost always makes us cry, with the repeated refrain of, "Nothing's gonna change my world", which we choose to interpret as our acceptance of our multiplicity and, more importantly, our rejection of the concept of integration.

Probably a huge cliche but... Where Is My Mind by the Pixies. This cover is my favorite The song expresses exactly how derealization feels to me. Ironically, for me the strongest feelings are deep, existential loneliness and isolation, of always being away from myself and everyone else not existing at all.

I dont know what the song is meant to be about but we can relate

(though I don't like the jumpy melody and the repetitive lyrics).

Day likes Valley of the Dolls by Marina and the Diamonds and Dark Passenger by Motionless in White... I was listening to a song the other day by In This Moment called Big Bad Wolf that reminds me of Lennan and Birdie, though I don't really like that genre of music... I like NENTEN by Mili, but it's in Chinese...
