Sensual, sexy, pants, moans of R&B songs not that is remind us of the DiD dx, but to other things like body memories. I've recovered some body memories sensations a few years ago. Another thing I wanted to mentioned that people take advantage of that causes awkward outings due to accommodation...This reminded me of that at my volunteer job a lady just went in with a bunch of pants and moans, she said she was sleepy...She had on her ear buds as well! The embarrassing thing for me is doing that a number of times, as she was, will bring up on kids I'll get blurry and spacey and not here. It wasn't like the occasional pant it was continuously like she knew that about us...Yea, I still talk about my outings as a way to process, the grand scheme of things it has been handled with Congressman and Senate, yea I had to get them involved bunch of uptight old men, what if they call me! Just a bunch of idol time with people who you will never have any dealings with on a personal level nor would I want to forcing those insufferable bores down our throat...Okay, I'm back....Yea, songs like this plenty of them in the R&B category reminds us of DID.

For some reason "Mr Brightside" by the Killers always rings something inside of me...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGdGFtwCNBE

for this next video and maybe also the text I want to TRIGGER WARN!! please be careful...the video and texts both do not contain explicits but are (to me) some what distressing - it (the video) also contains weird symbolism...but sometimes I find myself singing the song:
"Coconut" by Fever Ray (TRIGGER WARNING)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdPYg8PrGSs

also from Fever Ray "When I grow up" - maybe it speaks to some littles I dunno...
(TW for the video...it's weird but I love it)

I found a beautiful song recently:

They bring me to you by Joshua Radin

It is quiet and lovely!

One song that doesn't specifically remind me of DID but rather dissociation in general is Rihanna's "Never Ending". Here are some lines that stand out:

Code: Select all
Ghost in the mirror
I knew your face once, but now it's unclear
And I can't feel my body now
I separate from here and now

[...] A lost connection will come back to me
So I can feel alive again
As soul and body try to mend

It's pulling me apart, this time
Everything is never-ending
I slipped into a parallel
They'll never understand [...]

(I never actually thought about how this song, a love song, relates to dissociation until I caught myself relating to the first lines d: But it does work really well.)
DID/OSDD, cPTSD, ADHD
Hosts—18n INFJ (they/them)
Sven—rational, rejects affection ~16m ISTJ
Atrias (TA for short)—BPD teen, co-host ~14m ESFP
Shadow—efficient robot, no age/m ESTJ
and plenty more.

There are 360 degrees—why stick to just one?

Norah Jones "feeling the same way"

Another day that i can't find my head
My feet don't look like they're my own
I'll try and find the floor below to stand
And i hope i reach it once again

And i'm feelin' the same way all over again
Feelin' the same way all over again
Singin' the same lines all over again
No matter how much I pretend

So many times I've wondered where I'd gone
and how I found my way back in
I looked around for something lost
maybe I'll find it in the end
Dx: DID cPTSD
