The only thing I can get to at the moment is routinely replaying in the mind (yes, alters count to) car or subway trips for question one, for instance. to remember those car or subway trips lol...Ugh gotta do each question like that?

I did this test. I came up 61. I cannot believe the level of stress I experienced answering these questions. Answering these kind of things is really hard. The first time I encountered the mental health services they kept putting me on waiting lists and sending me a scale to fill in to 'assess' how urgent the 'need' was. Totally perplexed we just argued about the rating. Ended up filling it in three times. Think we are a little more able to negotiate these things now.
We were first 'exposed' after the birth of my second child. We were visited by a health visitor and 'the mother' fronted to say how well she was doing. The HV handed us the Edinburgh Scale to assess for post natal depression and Alison filled it in. Both the HV and (I) struggled to weigh up the difference between what was on the paper and what was coming out of (my) mouth.

Thanks BeccaBee. I get that they're intentionally vague. I just feel that the combination of there being a percentage and the question being framed in a "sometimes" way makes the percentage confusing. At least to me. I just worry that maybe I'm not answering it accurately. I guess it doesn't really matter that much since it's a self administered questionnaire.

interestingly, i got 77. though i might retake it in the future or just try again to make sure i answer it accurately. i have conflicting symptoms that make some questions hard to answer, and i'm not sure if they become coincidence answers or actually help to support the results.
ie, i have some issues in general due to being autistic and having adhd( and ptsd as well, but.), my memory problems are bad in general, but perhaps that's the point. i don't know. it's still interesting regardless.

Allison scored 60, Erin scored 45. Though, honestly my memory is so bad I can't really answer some of these accurately. Like, the car one I'm pretty sure used to happen a lot but... whoa i just regained a memory... I totally did black out in the car and ran into a ditch once. How'd I forget that?

I scored 78% wow i thought that i would score really low but i think that the fact that i have severe memory issues and often forget where i am or what i am doing is what caused me to score so high

68 for me today.. Which is a surprise! Will take it again tomorrow.. I had a tendency to pick 3 answers. 2 for rarely, 5 for often, 9 for daily issues.. Don't think that was how I was supposed to do it..
Also the question about staring off into space unaware of time passing; happens to me all the time! Went to pick 10, but 10 = always & if I was always doing that.. Well I wouldn't be here typing or answering a questionaire, would I?!
Blah. Try again later.

A long time ago a T whipped this one out in his office. So stressful I thought Host was going to throw up all over it. We totally lied.

We bet that your current T knows well enough not to even go there.
