Just Checking In

Postby epluribusunum » Sat Mar 12, 2011 6:33 am

Greetings!

I haven't posted in awhile.

I continue to check-in regularly with my alters, every night if possible, every other night otherwise.

Sometimes when one or two of them have been "active" in a day, I am less likely to do the check-in because the core is tired. I need a couple of days to readjust after the physical changes of having an alter or two being active.

That happened today in therapy, so I am in the adjustment period. Lots of hormone fluctuation. At least now I'm aware of it, and less likely to switch as a result of it.

My alter wasn't so happy because my T sided with the core, but we are working it out.

Hope you are ok!
