A pit of despair
Trying to dig ourselves out of this deep hole
Dirt caving in
Rivers of tears fall
Mix with the earth
Now drowning
In a thick pit of sticky mud
Struggling
Efforts in vain...
Sorry to anyone whose threads I needed to reply to today. I just can't manage.
We don't sign our names

Hey Hun. Use those tears to soften the ground, moisten the earth and make room for your roots to go deeper. Like the Lotus....

Thanks for both of your responses. It helps a bit to be heard.
I don't know why I seem to be struggling so much lately. I wonder if other people get that where they seem to be having a particularly hard time but don't know if there was something that might have unnoticeably caused them to feel that way?

Hi katana,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had that before too. I feel a bit better to know that I'm the only one though...
I'm starting to feel a little better today fortunately. Still a way to go though. My T changed my depression meds today so hopefully that might help a bit over the next few weeks.

Thanks Canolime...
This new medication is helping stabilize me already, even after only a few days (I'm super sensitive to drugs).
Still struggling massively with body memories though, for no apparent reason. I could do with a day without feeling like I'm having awful things done to my body.

Is there any way to stop that? Our system's pretty hidden so I can't just ask...

Our system is very hidden and I have the same issue with body memories. I can only tell you what I do and it may not work for you. I exhausted my body. I put on something mostly music very very loud and start scrubbing the entire floor, walls whatever with a toothbrush and soap and singing at the top of my voice. I make myself to tired to feel anything anymore in my body. I do not know if it is a healthy thing to do I just know it helps.

Hi Lolo,
That sounds like a good idea. I might try that. It'd be productive at the very least
