feeling strange ...anyone there?

Hey everyone, I'm having a strange time right now accompanied by even stranger feelings in general as I can feel my did is progressing. The alts are making themselves known now more than ever not just to me but to many people I know as well. I feel as if I'm reaching this point of no return. I'm scared, we all are. We haven't had therapy for over a week now and wont be seeing our t until mid January
Is anyone there? I feel like I really need support or at least someone to talk to right now. I'm scared of judgement though and scared of coming across as weak or needy.
This forum has been nothing short of a miracle for us. Were very grateful for this place. Thank you
