Can the core change names when another integrates with them?

Postby geckopaws » Fri Dec 24, 2010 2:54 pm

Hi guys, It's Iris here. Well our core used to be Sarah right, but uh Aris who was weaker or stronger at the time formed Saris. Saris is now who she sees herself is and that is who our core is. But then I think our Headmate is Serena. It's so confusing, but is this supposed to happen? I mean my therapist was pushing and pushing towards integration, and I guess Aris was the one who felt guilty and depressed all the darn time. Are we allowed to swear or curse in here? I have a potty mouth and I hate restraining it. But I will to be polite. But I'm kind of the writer/lusty one. So I am just wondering if any of you guys have had the same thing happen?

With integration I would assume that it would go two ways. One person would obtain all memories and personality from another OR a new personality all together would be created. That is just what I would imagine. Maybe a new personality was created with the integration of them. Keep us updated.

Hi, Iris, the same things have happened to me. Everyone get confused. What the difference is, they wanted me to change my name because they said "Ray" doesn't suit me any longer. For yours, maybe it because the name "Saris" is the way to remind her of Aris. In my opinion, they both are still be with you. They just transformed.
