Great now I have to add another place to not go 70 brrrrrrrr. My poor family says they can't visit anywhere cold on a hill cause I would have to wrapped up in so many layers if I fell I would roll and they might not be able to catch me

Besides, Jersey is pretty beat in the winter. Best time to go is late spring, early summer.
