Not Sure What To Do

Postby GrayWolf » Sat Aug 28, 2010 7:16 pm

Hello my name I Johnny I am one of Gray Wolf's alters she and I talk a lot and she keeps telling me that all she wants for her birthday is one day where no one including myself and her other personalities is talking to her or yelling or arguing so that she can have some peace and quiet though I like that idea I just don't know how to get the other personalities to agree to it or if I can make it happen either I just try to protect the host (Gray Wolf) the best that I can and I am not sure how to help her have a day of peace and quiet for her brithday. Johnny
I live with PTSD, DID, OCD, Bi Polar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Sever Chronic Depression, Insomnia and Anorexia I have my good days and my bad days with everything and I love how my husband is very supportive, kind, helpful, understanding and above all else he is very loving

Hi, Johnny :D

Can you think of something they all like, and tell them you'll get/do that for them if they stay quiet for the day? Or build an internal sound-proof room and stay in there? :P

I agree with canolime. A bit of bribery and corruption can go a long way. Even if you are not aware of them all, you can ask to be heard. You can explain the situation and ask the others to do this thing for all of you. Remind them that what goes around comes around, and if they do this for you now you will do something for them later. You have to keep your word though or things could get ugly. :)
