Can DID cause chest pain&tension and heighten stress?

Today went quite bad and this evening my chest got quite tight and still is and my level of stress just sky rocketed out of no where.

I didn't have one as far as I know as there wasn't a situation, hmmm O holy c!!!!!.
I just spoke to my alters and the original personality is trying to come out as I am not the original. My personality split before I turned 5.

I have this awful feeling he is going to hurt me and the other alters.

if they're the origoinal personality i doubt it.
might be scared and defensive, fidnding out your personality is fragemented is a shock.
i can't promice anything b/c i don't know the person but i doubt they're going to hurt any of you

Whoever this guy is he just stopped me moving,
It was so surreal, usually I know before someone is in control but he wasn't in control.
Its hard to explain, It was like mentally he was stopping me move but not physically there in control.
