i have no energy left to fight with you chris. your right its your body and your gonna do what you want. but let me just tell you one thing your ruining your life like this. somee one told me when you lose a lot of weight you keep wantin to lose more. chris im telling you if you keep hitting me over this when i make you eat im gonna tell the counsler. you make me so tired chris. i fight with other people to help you but i shouldnt be fighting with you. im scared for you and i want you better. your scaring me.

I know you deserve to have control, but this isn't the way to do it. That's not real control. It won't fix any real problems in your life. It will create more problems, later on.

This isn't the way to do it?? Its the only thing I care about. It's the only thing I have that nobody can take away from me! No, if I am how I want to be then I will be happy. Im hitting her because she keeps trying to take control of me and she does things I don't want her doing! Its what my mom would call Rebellion. I wouldnt hit her if she would stop trying to force me to do something in life...the only thing I can do. and Be quiet Norma. This is not ruining my life. Who is feeding you these lies?! We've made a point of not getting involved in your posts after the last time we tried to help. But let me tell you this. you have an alter because you've had some not nice stuff happen to you - do you actually think that mistreating the alter, the person who you are stuck with - especially when they are trying to help you is such a bad idea. You can even comprehend how bad.
You should be grateful you don't have a bad alter, Norma may well annoy you, but at least she's trying to help save you from yourself.
And just remember if you whip a horse enough it will one day send you flying.
