Anyone know if dissociate disorders worsen with age?

What? Why would it get worse? If anything, the more time progresses, the better at stabilizing your system you should be.

I'm not sure where you're coming from on this. DID is not a terminal illness. Like other psychological conditions, it will progress more rapidly if not managed properly, but if it IS managed properly, it should get better.
It does progress, either way. DID can manifest in children and teenagers, but it's often not until a person is an adult that the alters make their presence known. This is often triggered by stressful life situations, or even by a lack of stress (i.e, letting your guard down might be seen as 'permission' for them to come out). So if your condition just manifested recently, it may get worse before it gets better.
It also depends on what you mean by 'worse'. Let's say you start out having one fragmented personality, and over time the alters become more distinct, and more independent. This could be seen as a 'worsening' of symptoms, but it could also give you an advantage. Personally, I'd rather have distinct alter egos than a jumble of voices in my head.
Hope this helps.
