Depressed Alter

I'm dealing with a depressed alter

I was trying to split up the time evenly for each adult alter to have some free time, but seems like one has lost his will to be free. I don't know how to cheer him up! I guess one of the reasons behind this is because he feels like he is going to be alone forever? (I don't know the whole story yet) He can't date anyone and he feels trapped. Thats all I know so far. I mean my Husband has formed a relationship with the other two active adults but Sabastien doesn't seem interested, plus he is straight. Idk what I should do. Any advice?

Maybe get some online rpg games and let him build a character than he can use to go out and virtually date other characters?

Maybe get him some of those weird perverted dating sims from Japan

In all seriousness, give him time, and give him hugs. I know hugs make ME happy when I'm down! But I'm very easy to please.

I've got a similar situation going right now. I'm 21 but one of my 'alts', or whatever I should call them, doesn't feel that young and has a midlife crisis going on. The only alt that could really help him is the one most of us hate.

I've wondered this for a while. If you treat one alt for depression, how does that affect the others?

On my way home from dropping my Husband off at work Kami had a major freak out, idk why yet, she came out and was crying her eyes out. Jay tried to get control back right away, but it took forever. Not sure what caused the freak out yet but it scared both me and Jay. Haven't had a mishap like that in a while.
