Andi,

I have been integrated for the past 2 or so years. I do take Abilify...an anti-psych med. I also have a diagnosis of major depression with psychotic features and find that taking a small dose of an anti-psych med most helpful. I take 15 mgs of Abilify in the morning.

Hope this helps :)

Andi,
Respirdal can be given in small amounts as an adjunct to antidepressant. Perhaps you could try taking Respirdal in a small amount and the antidepressants in a larger amount. I tried this approach, but I found it very difficult to communicate with my selves. It also made me very hungry.

There's no point in you being really zonked out because of too much Respirdal. Hope this helps.] Shrinkrapper
