we use it to get to sleep or whenever taylor is out and refusing to eat.

it makes us sleepy and warm and calm enough to sleep. it rocks.
I'm all at sea
Where no one can bother me
Forgot my roots
If only for a day
Just me and my thoughts
Sailing far away...

for me it increases my heart rate, yet it relaxes me and relieves symptoms of allergies. I can feel depersonalised and also become quiet. It definitely makes me feel lazy for a while and very suggestable. However, after I've come down from the high I've even gone to the park to play sport when I rarely leave my house most of the time. Don't know what it does to my motivation, I don't really have any anyway.
For my friend, it made him puke, gave him long term anxiety and an inability to control his thoughts. Different types have different effects.
Medical cannabis contains an anti-psychotic to balance the effects of THC, but street cannabis contains very little of this anti-psychotic, so you are probably at greater risk of psychosis if you buy off the street.

Re: marijuana

We just moved to a state where pot is legal with a medical marijuana card. I use gummies at night to help me sleep. If I don’t go to sleep quickly, I can’t finish a sentence in my head. Halfway through the thought I completely forget what I was thinking about. I think there’s a lot of fast switching. It’s like the regulation of internal teamwork gets lost. Also the first time I got high from smoking, inside parts came out with ease. Something I had a hard time with, but it’s like the pot took away my inhibitions and allowed more freedom for inside parts to take over. I actually went to my therapist high & several parts told him of the trauma they had insured. It was hard to deal with because “I” didn’t have any knowledge of the trauma. That was 8 years ago & their memories have remained consistent. I’d love to hear more about your experience on marijuana.

I'm just the opposite and can't sleep on weed. What I really can do is connect to myself and think things through. I'll smoke, put some music on and start journaling. It's been the one thing that consistently keeps me somewhat level and has been a huge help. Just gotta be careful and not overdo it or use it to escape, then it becomes a problem rather than a help.
