I am feeling frustrated.
I don't know if its DID I am frustrated with.
Or abuse and memories of I am frustrated with.
It is just this underlying tone of frustration, and it is really hard to do everything I need to do with that feeling lingering.
Sorry just needed to vent this.

You're quite welcome, dears. I just hate for you to be down, lark. Take care of yourself and feel free to vent at any time. (((hugs)))

It's happened to me before, Lark. Sometimes it is just because there are too many things going on for you to handle - or I have found that boredom increases frustration. Then I don't know what the heck I am frustrated about! Whatever it is, I'm sure it will disappear soon :D
