OK Bates, I give up!HELP! *May Trigger

lots of great advice guys! hope you feel better rowdy. it's hard to live with sometimes. it would be nice to have one memory of the past, and be able to remember everything that happens 24-7. oh well, maybe some day. i guess the only way that's going to happen is to know and except all of our alters.

like lark i don't tell people "everything" about myselves. i do let people know my memory sucks, i tend to contradict myself, and i have no concept of time. that is just being responsible. i may need help.that's usually enough. i don't tell medical doctors unless i have to. they are too likely to blame d.i.d. because they are too incompetent to find out what is "really" wrong with you. plus many singletons just can't handle it.

It might be a good idea to either include your shrink on this turn of events or find help from someone new. She can't do anything to you without your permission, but if she doesn't want to work with all of the yous there are, it may be time to find a new one. I just hope that this doesn't make you afraid to seek professional help if need be.
