Diet is very important for both physical and mental problems. When your diet is insufficient, your body's systems slowly shut-down. Long term diet problems can lead to depression.

Cod liver-oil is a great supplement to have and it is available off-prescription. I advise you strongly to purchase it if you can afford it. If you like, go to a dietician and ask them if your diet is insufficient.
