The substance a cautionary tale on how not to live as a syst

If anyone else has had the dubious pleasure of watching "the substance" I wonder if you also saw parallels with being plural.

All they had to do is remember to switch every 7 days and communicate with each other. Instead they got jealous of the time the other had and had no regard for how their actions had consequences for the other. No thought on the bodily pain they inflicted.

Hogging front time and denial of the others existence features heavily.

A very visceral how not to be plural film.

Thanks for the warning. I saw clips from it on the Oscars and that was enough to let me know I would never want to watch it.

I saw it before the oscars based on the buzz around it and i really enjoyed it, though I'm pretty used to most horror movies at this point.
Mostly i just found it really sad that they couldn't work together. I don't know
