Interstellar Journey Thread

Hey! I guess we’re the star system. I just chose that name an hour ago.

I was diagnosed with DID a couple of years ago, and was in treatment for a short amount of time before dropping out (due to low motivation, lack of money, denial, and more complex situations).

I struggle with journaling. And even though I’ve known I’ve had DID for two years (and suspected for four) I still…really doesn’t understand myself very well.

My journey so far has been very messy. I currently don’t know any of my alters. In the past, I’ve thought I’ve had hundreds. Now I feel like nobody.

I probably will wonder why this sounds so sad later- but I think a space like this is nice. Thank you for making it
