Hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm Bridie and I'm 6 and with health stuff and then mummy sexing someone and disappearing I'm now host which is kinda scary. Um we don't work or anything because were on disabily pension but it's still real hard taking care of everything and talking to doctors and stuff and um I was wondering if people have ideas to make things easier until the adults can come back one day!!!!!

Um also, I'm kinda real lonely because all our friends are grownups and they either don't see me as a kid or see me as too much of a kid and there too hard to talk to and stuff and um was wondering if I'd maybe be able to make kid friends here??? I'm trans and autistic and I like horses and faeries and superhero comics (Spider-Boy is the best!!!!!!!!!!) and Mickey Mouse comics, and Dreamworks movies but not Sharktale or the Croods. I also play video games sometimes but it's so hard finding ones that aren't too scary. So many have you hurt people or are kissy games and I dunno witch is scaryer. the last game I played was Hamtaro Ham Hams Unite but you gotta think real hard to beat it and it's too tricky for me.

Hi I Peter
I'm 7
When I was helping the bigs be host an it was my turn out front alone I had a big velcro to do bord. One side was red and one side was green and I had a box of pictures of all the stuff what you have to do in a week what for keeping the house tidy an cookin an bigs stuff like that.
Everythin started the week on the red side and I had 7 days to get as many as I could on the green side an I was only allowed to move the picture when I had doned it. The fings what had to be done everyday had a letter on it for the day. When they were done I could go play. Ifn I did extra stuff then I gots to put a star in my treet jar. At the end of the week I counted my stars and gots to have a treet the more stars the bigger the treet. I once gotten enough stars what ment I could get the bus and go to the beach. That was a fun day.

Hello and welcome to the forums! Doing all the adulting is hard for kids. You are very brave to come here looking for help!

I like the idea of a velcro to-do board. You can do one with post-its and sheets of paper too. There are also things in the computer that can help like Trello or Habitica. They are to-do list apps. You can decorate Trello and in Habitica you have a character you can level up like a video game! :D

For real videogames that are not too scary, I like:
- untitled goose game (it's a beautiful day and you are a horrible goose messing with people)
- spirit of the north (you are a fox and looking for you fox friend)
- wolf quest (you are a wolf and you hunt, care for your pups, protect your territory - if you turn the gore/blood to the level zero it's kinda nice)

Hope this helps!

Thank you!!!!!

Um we get people to help with house chore stuff because we're disabled so Imore have trouble with doctor stuff and remembering to take all our medicine and stuff. Doctors are so hard to talk to because they just expect you to be big and know what tricky words mean even if they no your a kid its stupid. When I was in hospital I'd just call our parents every time the doctors came and it got so bad I haven't bin able to talk for over 5 days.

I play goose game before and it so hard to, you gotta think so hard and I get upset cos I keep messing up, and the other games seem scary I don't wanna play anything whereI hurt anything anymore. Thank you for trying to help!!!!! um I will think about doing to do list stuff for my meds!!!!!

Hello!! I'm 6 too, my name is Susie!

It must be really scary been out on your own and have to do everything! :o You must be really brave!

My bigs are with me helping me type but I wanted to tell you about some games cos I don't like scary stuff either.

If you like Pokemon the one called Arceus is more open world like zelda and you only have to catch them in a ball and you can ride on them I think or Pokemon snap you just have to find them and take pictures of them. I think these maybe only on Switch...also Animal Crossing is easy but lots of reading.

If you like real animals Alba: A wildlife adventure you are a little girl and have to go round taking photo's of the birds and stuff and save the animals on an island. Kit says thats on Steam (for computers) and xbox and playstation too.

Bluey and Paw Patrol are on different ones and computer too.

There's lots of horse games! ..if you know how to get on e-shop or steam you can type horse games and see if any are free or have free trial to let you try them first if your mummy Dorothea can help you.

We got the goose game too but the to do list is hard to read cos its in small joined up writing so if you only have small screen like switch lite it can be hard to read for littles.

our grown up body is disabled too so we don't have to go out to work but when we wake up we

let our dog out for a wee
make his breakfast and put it in treat toys
make our breakfast
wash up the pots
get dressed, brush teeth and hair
take him for a walk - we use one of those scooters with 4 wheels its fun!

then sometimes there are extra jobs to do like if clothes need to go in washing machine or tidy up
but sometimes we can just play on switch or do some art.

but I never had to do all that by myself! I hope your bigs come back to help you soon!

Hi Susie thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

our chorse for the day are um we do our morning meds, get connected to our iv pump, and shower. Um we don't eat breakfast because we get food overnight, but we eat lunch and we gotta take meds again then too, and um we usually do the washing up then. Dinner is around 6pm and that's real easy too, I'me ating a lot of tinned food because I only know how to make toast and fry eggs, but that's ok.

Thank you for the games too!!!!!!!!
Um I played pokemon before but I'm a bit little for it, specally the arcues game because all the scary pokemon come running at you and stuff and I don't wanna get hurt or die :(. I'm so gonna look into horse games!!!!! Um I'm kinda completly alone right now because everyone's sleeping but that just means I get ta buy whatever I want as long as it's less then 100 dollars of fun stuff a week. um so I can so find horse games on my swithc!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm nearsighted not far sighted so I can read the little screens ok most of the time but sometimes its ard but I do my bets!!!! Maybe I could also play a game we got called Sports STory which is a golf and cricket and volleyball and um a buch of other stuff game but with a lot of reading too. I can do a lot of reading, I'm real good at reading (I got books for chrismas) but I don't got real smart hands so maybe I'm not good enough but I'm gonna try!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's so good having everyone tell me I can do it I feel better all ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll doo my best and I hope so so so so so bad that people come back soon but I really will do my very best to take care of us. I'ma good little girl and I'm not gonna get us scik again, no HSPs for me I promise!!!!!!!

Hi Bridie,

I like your cute name! A lot of the time we have a 9 or 10 year old in front, but we try to mostly have older teens in charge. Or someone older on the inside reminding the little that they can do whatever thing they're worried they can't do. So we think you're really strong and brave.

If you just want to talk about fun stuff with other littles, the littles thread is good for that.

We don't really play video games, but we used to like ones called Zoombinis and Zoo Tycoon and Chocolatier where you get to make chocolates!

oh ok sorry I didn't know Arceus got scary I only seen a bit of it on YT... Our bigs take care of the scary bits of games for me so I don't see them I just get to enjoy my favourite easy bits when I come out to play! :D

If you have a switch and good at reading Animal Crossing is easy and not scary but its not a cheap game. Hokko Life is nearly same..just your character living with small town of animals and helping them build the town and decorate your house and stuff I don't think its got any fighting in but you can check on youtube first.. type 'Hokko life Walkthrough' and it show you how game starts

If you go on youtube and search for 'horse games switch' ..you can watch some video first, and see if the game is good for you. look for like if they saying 'its too easy' then that maybe one good for younger ones...or they might say its good for younger ones...if they say 'no combat' it means no fighting or battles in the game...some adventure games have no fighting but the puzzles maybe harder if you trying to do it on your own.

I think Bluey is made specially for younger ones but its dogs not horses. (same as the cartoon).. but if you see it on video first you can know if its ok for you and not waste money.

I don't know if you can search on eShop for an age ...like games for 5-8years olds? ..cos my bigs download games for me if we see one I like and help me do any harder bits.

Hope I helped a little bit!

Susie :D
