I'm 42....I've been in therapy unfortunately they treat me like a usual schizophrenic. And say I'm in denial. But do have a did diagnose. She's,.... Beverly is just overwhelming. She's worried mostly cause of money cause it's hard being on disability and owning a house. I'm in the process of court for figuring out my dad's inheritance for me and my brother. Though unfortunately he's the one that triggered Beverly to emerge. That and the fact of my dad's death last year

ah! ok...well if you already have a DID diagnosis it should be easier to get an appointment for therapy? can you google to see if there are any DID therapists near you or get referral back to the person who diagnosed you?

so your brother triggered Beverly out? ... and the death of your father...I think they are your clues right there to why Beverly behaves the way she does... If you can't get the person who diagnosed you with DID to see you again .... Grief counseling should be available for everyone...what about ...starting through that route?...find a grief counselor, book an appointment..tell them about Beverley emerging after your fathers death...possibly they will say they don't have experience of DID and will refer you to a counselor who has experience with DID?

A debt counsellor may be able to refer you on too for emotional support if you went that route due to stress from money issues as you mentioned legal fees and cost of house etc..and also help you organise your finances..Beverly may not be so worried then if she see's you getting help to sort the situation out.

Very true, thank you for your help. I've been fighting to have Beverly be less aggressive, and more calm. Which I've achieved more than I reviled.

Beverly will progress and I'm seeing a psychologist and the psychiatrist that diagnosed me. Though my original alter was helped mostly by myself with meds. I have to work mainly with guidance from my psychiatrist. And it's just a long long process.
