Ok the problem i have is my only alter is causing havoc. Wanting me and forcing me to stay up until one in the morning in order to sleep then. She's gaining speed at controlling me. And I'm tired of it. She's psychotic and can somehow make my heart hurt like in unusual way. That seems to be a danger sigh for her. The mental hospital does nothing, she's worse when I get back. So is it I just keep on going . Until another alter can force her down cause theirs no talking to her. And I look like a raccoon.

What I'm asking is when she was really mad at me one night. Is i tried calling out for an alter in my head for help. A young guy showed up as an alter, that helped me get my mad alter to realize to live in the real life world. Now that she had him integrate. I'm at a loss what to do with this anger she has bent on me to torture me.

I think that starting here might be a good idea :
https://troublesdissociatifs-wordpress- ... r_pto=wappIt's a list of articles about alters who misbehave.
Do not hesitate to have a look at the ressources thread especially books like "Coping with trauma related dissociation" or "Healing the fragmented selves of trauma survivors".
Good luck!
