Ok so we decided to try some hypnotherapy to help us with anxiety in certain situations and well, we think we now have a programming introject...
Nothing traumatic happened during the hypnotherapy we think it was just the combination of visualisation and response conditioning that caused this introject to form. As soon as we realised the hypnotherapy was physically disrupting the inner world we aborted the therapy. Basicaly those of us inside forced a hard switch.
At first we thought the change was topographical there didn't seem to be any sentience to the flesh mountain. Then this morning we had a painful muscle spasm and the flesh mountain activated, i can't think of a better word, it took control of our breathing and wouldn't relinquish until the muscles relaxed. We were still able to control everything else touch our nose rub our tummy etc but we couldn't change the breathing rhythm.
So does anyone have any advice as to how we approach a programing introject. Is it an alter or a (posative) intrusive thought or something between the two?
Is it ever going to gain enough sentience to have wants or needs or will it just run its program?
We need to be able to comunicate to it that not all muscle tension is stress/anxiety this body suffers from chronic pain so there are going to be times when muscle tension is a physical consequence of our injury its not always going to be appropriate for the program to hijack our breathing. We physically can't swallow our meds if we are stuck in the breathing program and without the meds the tension won't go down.....
Also if possible we need the program to physically shrink. At the minute you can see it from anywhere in the inerworld. Its creeping out one little... the other just wants to poke it (3 guesses who)
Ps. Not being derogatory towards introject it is currently the size and shape of a small mountain and made of molten flesh ala the witch of the waste in howls moving castle.
