Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and French so I am sorry if my English is not the most fluent…
I’ve been diagnosed with DID two years ago and I noticed lately that my behavior is changing, I am thinking and doing things I used not to do or think before. I also noticed that one of my alters has been less anxious about hospital while it used to be a big trauma for her. Could it be that we are fusing and that I am getting over the trauma? I don’t really know what to think about this and since I am not seeing my psychologist anymore I could really use some advice.
Thanks for reading me!

Hello and welcome! I am french too so if you want some ressources in french about healing from DID, here is a good series of articles explaining the difference between trauma healing, integration and fusion.
https://troublesdissociatifs.wordpress.com/integration/ There are also discussion places in french for DID some of which are oriented towards therapy so if you want infos about that too, do not hesitate to message me

Hello and welcome!
I'm just here to say hi, though, I don't know anything about fusion.
