Hello Everyone
It's been along time since we have been able to get online this is everything that has been going on lately with the core(Gray Wolf)
1. The Core(Gray Wolf) finally after being homeless for 3 years got an apartment
2. The Core(Gray Wolf) has been getting migraines from wearing two hearing aids
3. The Core(Gray Wolf) has been working a lot with the service dog we have
4. The Core(Gray Wolf) has been busy with learning ASL(American Sign Language)
5. The Core(Gray Wolf) has been busy cooking a lot
6. The Core(Gray Wolf) is being told by family members that ASL(American Sign Language) is not something they need to learn with how they can talk that it doesn't matter if they are deaf
We have been seeing our therapist every month and seeing our psychiatrist ever few months
myself and the other internal beings(alters) have been helping Gray Wolf a lot with everything
I think that's everything for now
Oh we just got a new computer so it's easier for Gray Wolf to write the books they do and talk to our friends and been watching youtube for ASL(American Sign Language) Videos to learn how to use sign language some of Gray Wolf's friends are learning ASL(American Sign Language) so when Gray Wolf isn't wearing their hearing aids they can still talk with Gray Wolf
Now that's everything that has been doing on.
