Thank you.
We are trying very hard to be positive.
We also know that we haven't been very active on here of late, but there's been so much going on and it's been hard to follow everyone's stories. We do hope everyone's doing ok.
Enjoy your day
Charlie.

Sorry about your T. I'll be rooting for a speedy recovery.
I can relate to it being hard to keep up with everyone's stories. It really is a lot to read, isn't it? But don't feel bad. Your own life comes first. You catch up when you're up for it.
Take care!

Thank you. I hadn't even realized that Charlie had been posting these updates.
We're hoping that our T will be ok, but we know that even if she is ok, it will be a bit before she can resume therapy sessions.
Take care,
Violette

Good evening,
It may indeed take a while before you can resume therapy. That is most unfortunate. Hopefully, the wait will not be all too long.
Do you have any back-up to help you through this time?
All best,

Thank you. Our T contacted us today via text and we'll be talking to her tomorrow morning. We are obviously worried that this is going to be bad news, but hoping that it isn't.
Today has been really awful. Seraphina is doing the best she can to keep Veronica from melting down, but that is a difficult thing to do today. It wasn't helped by the fact that our aunt (our father's sister) stopped by today. Veronica remembers her from the Bad Place even though she wasn't a part of anything bad that happened. She was just there since all of it happened during family get togethers.
We suspect that our mom knew something Bad was happening with our grandfather because we stopped visiting his house when we were six and our sister was three.
We have friends who have been helpful this past week.
Thank you again,
Violette

Update...
Our T is recovering. She is still doing therapy while she recovers because she finds it difficult not to be working and this isn't too stressful. She still sounded a little out of it.
Veronica came out for just a bit today to talk to her before going back inside.
Thank you all,
Violette

Glad your T is recovering.
Also nice to know that helping you isn't considered stressful for her.

So, update time.
Thank you all for the help this past few weeks. We're feeling better. Our T is recovering as well and can do therapy each week. We still don't know the details about what happened, but she's getting better.
I (Violette) have spent some time mourning the Marcus I knew. There was a time when he was a 'big brother' and a good protector. Then he started becoming more problematic over time, but by that point I wasn't fronting very much at all.
Tuesday marked a year since we were diagnosed with DID. In that time, we've learned so much about ourself and everything we've gone through. We're still healing, but doing much better now. We've struggled with not all of us being willing to listen.
Today marks twenty years since our then host, Bridgette, started living as a woman full time. It's been a journey. The problem for a lot of us is that we actually struggle to remember that we used to be seen as male. Basically, because of the dissociation, we never really thought of ourself as male.
But that's it. We're feeling far better today than we were last week.
Take care,
Violette
