I found out something. Tell your happy/alters or chemistry based alters to come out. You'll have lots of fun! Ask to change group if it doesn't work, to do that just ask and see if that's ok. Also ask if there is a 4th/5th dimensional/energy alters. This can also help with the headaches too! If there is not an alter in any of this then try to create one! If none accept, try to create a new group! If that doesn't work try to go in to the state of meditation and focus them all in. Keep trying new things to fight the condition. Have fun!

What works for you does not work for everybody.
Every system has a different structure, different names for alters / functions.
Alters cannot be created out of nothing, they are dissociated parts created by trauma and overwhelming stress. They are not toys, they are not fun, they are not servants to be ordered around.
You might want to do anchoring exercises or see for a differential diagnosis because you might not have DID but a similar-looking condition that functions a bit differently at the core hence why you seem to function so differently. If you have the proper diagnosis you can find other people with the same functionning more easily, as well as the proper tools to manage your condition.
I am NOT saying that you are "faking DID" - there are other conditions that look 99% like DID and only a trained therapist can tell them appart. The 1% makes all the difference to access the exact tools and help that will make your life a happy life.
You can also have DID and other things thrown into the mix, making it different from people who have another flavor of DID, hence the difference in functioning. Here again a trained therapist can help you sort things out and give you ressources that are a better fit for your own flavor of DID.
Best wishes to you.

Agree with ArbreMonde. If DID can be misdiagnosed, even by professionals, as other ailments, it follows that other things can just as easily be misinterpreted as DID.
Do you have any formal diagnoses of anything else? Could it be masquerading as DID? I've at one time or another accused myself of possibly having OSDD/DDNOS, but I well realise I have other issues going on (such as possible Borderline traits) that could be mimicking more extreme forms of dissociation.

This sounds like something other than DID, perhaps a delusion or psychosis. It isn't how DID works, like others have said, where you just randomly create alters for your own purpose.
Advising others to try this also could potentially put them at risk within their own systems if they are vulnerable and not stable enough and don't have proper guidance and can create any number of issues.
