Sorry! I don't know why we assumed you'd know what that forum was about. It's for people like you who need remedies but don't want to go on prescription medication. I thought the people there might be helpful to you.

oh ok. Thanks. I haven't been 'coming out' as long as the others so haven't really explored the rest of the boards. I really just come on here with Susie & Phoenix to make sure they're safe on the Littles and Teens boards.

I'll go have a read later.
