We are SUPER, BEYOND frustrated.

Our insurance just came back with a so called answer to our appeal, which doesn't even make sense. They said something that didn't even make sense. Basically just a generic answer saying that providers can change at any time. It was like they didn't even do what they were supposed to do or something.

Now the really crazy thing is, (We called our insurance back to ask someone else a different question), we are being told now that nothing changed. That they have no clue why our T isn't getting paid anymore. Like WHAT!?

We keep being told one thing, and then the next time, it seems they are saying something else. We honestly don't even think they know what they are doing. How are we supposed to know what is right? Plus now they act like the thing we put in, which was supposed to be the appeal (according to what we were told), wasn't even the right thing. UGH!!!!!!!!!! MAJOR UGHHHHH!

It is crazy. We don't understand this one single bit. The insurance is supposed to be looking into what is going on, since this last lady said nothing changed. She is supposed to call back, but who knows how long that will be, if she even does.

Ouch! Maybe it would help you vent your anger by reporting them to, like, the Better Business Bourough or your country's equivalent? That's what I'd want to do!

Thanks Marcella for the suggestion. We'll think about that.

We are really so upset. We decided we are going to switch insurance altogether. It was causing us way too much undue stress. Hopefully switching will help. We'll have to talk amongst ourselves a lot more regarding everything we are going to do- but so far, we all agreed to switch companies.

I want to mention (as well), the inner world is acting crazy again. Oh boy- to go into details, that'll make us sound crazy. I know- it's the denial speaking, but that's how we feel right now. A whole another world came close to ours. The inhabitants are coming into ours. Chaos is brewing again (we aren't certain if it was brought on by the outer world stress, or if that is just a coincidence).

On another note: Yu defended Emma from one of those guys. I wish I could say Yu changed his ways- but no, the answer is no (He is still giving her a hard time as she mentioned before). He apparently just didn't like what the guy said to her. He felt the need to get involved in the conversation. A conflict between Yu and that guy (his name is not currently known) happened. Yu won. The other guy left, but told Yu to watch his back. Emma thanked Yu- to which he smiled.

Really strange things are happening. Like for one- strange gemstones began showing up in our inner world. They weren't here, until that other world came close.

I have no clue what Mark is even talking about.

I mean, he is correct in what he said about Yu, BUT the other stuff about strange gemstones. WHAT? I saw two "strange" stones, BUT he acts as if they are showing up all over the place. I haven't seen any other than those two.

I do know there has been a lot more chaos lately, but it isn't so bad right now (my viewpoint), BUT it is possible that those guys are giving the others a worse time, right now, than me.

I am so confused about something. So I found a red stone, and also a yellow stone (in our inner world). The red one told me to find the light blue one. It said to combine all three together to activate its true power. Well, when the red and yellow get near each other, they snap together like an extremely powerful magnet. They then both turn orange.

I don't know what they are. At first (after doing some research online), I thought they were similar to kryptonite (due to how they are shaped, etc). BUT now I'm not so sure. It might be more like Kyber Crystals from Star Wars. I have no clue. I do know though that I have a lightsaber in our inner world. (I had that for a long time now). These stones that I found, are new. And come to think of it, the stone I was given a long time ago turned out to be a key to my lightsaber that I got. I forget who gave it to me though.

The red stone said nothing about combining it with my lightsaber though. Oh and one more thing, I can't seem to stop holding the red stone. I don't know why. I'm able to stop holding the yellow one but not the red. Plus the red one is the only one of them that is talking to me. That is creepy.

Any ideas what it might be? (kryptonite, kyber crystal, or something else)

Every Innerworld has its own set of symbols of rules - even though some can be adopted from the outside world like your lightsaber.

So, I'm becoming curious, too! What are they? What do they symbolize? What is their "true power"?

Have you tried asking the red stone about it?
