I really was yelled at by an abuser of my core in 2019. But. I can't handle moving on. I really need to stop being destructive. Before I lied. That's how I am. But I really need to face reality cause my core only has one body. I smoke to much. And I need help as to how I can handle emotional conveniences. Of how I was treated I need a littles pov. Cause
I'm 8. But please don't tell me what to do. Just be gentle and say what steps to understand what you went through. Cause I really need to get through the pain of being yelled at with so much rage in the abuser co

@ It's completely normal to feel bad, angry, sad... when you are being yelled at or abused!
@ Smoking too much, self-harm... are coping mechanisms to deal with these emotions. Problem is, they are destructive coping mechanisms. So it's best not to think about them and have other coping mechanisms instead.
@ But, you know what happens when you focus on "Do not think about a pink elephant"? You can only think about a pink elephant! The trick is to focus on something else for example, a red balloon.
@ You need to find the "red balloon" of coping. Something that you can focus on easily instead of smoking, hurting the body, etc. It can be drawing the abuser and drawing your revenge on the abuser. Writing about it. Drawing pretty flowers. Doing jumping-jacks. Making a hot cocoa and drinking it slowly. Anything, really! Just make sure that you focus on it very very hard so your mind can no longer think of the bad things.
@ It's normal to feel bad when bad things happen. You have the right to be angry and to say it. But you do not have the right to hurt the body or the life you share with the host. So you need to find your "red ballooon" that you can focus on. And everything will be alright!
