Do I want to slow my recovery process?

Postby bellic007 » Sat Feb 06, 2021 7:49 am

I am currently working on a trauma healing book and I am experiencing some benefits like I was able to accept myself more and was able to understand some events that was traumatic.like I was just faced by a trauma during the working of the book and that sort of affected me a lot.I felt so helpless and hopeless but I continued my work.I understand about dissociative activities that disturb my sleep daily.ALso at some point childish parts want to rush the recovery process.as they are not ready to experiance many realisation.so I am getting some thoughts to complete the book and run away from it orthoughts like This book is garbage and all.I can't control this parts or it's actionsm..what is the best thing I can do yo comfort this part and make it believe about the possibilities of trauma work
