I hope that my summary of "what is going on" will help.
You are a member of a team. You just woke up. You might need time to catch up with the main "storyline" (what happens with the physical body, the tasks that need to be done on an everyday basis such as housechores, work, health care...) but you are not alone. Even if it can be difficult at first to find a way to communicate with your teammates, you will find a way to reach out to each-others.
Your common quest as a team is: having a nice, fulfilling, happy life, and protecting/helping/caring for each-others. This might include, facing together bad memories, painful emotions... but this is done one step at a time, when you are ready.
Just like in any team, it might take time to get to know everybody. And you might never become the bestest friend with some of your team-mates. But it is alright as long as there is mutual respect and an ability to work together.
You might sometimes need to catch up with something in-progress that another team-mate started. This is confusing at first. But with time, you will find ways to better communicate with each-others and the "catching up in the middle of the thing" will happen more smoothly.
Do not forget to take some time figuring out who you are, what are your likes/dislikes, and also, take some time having fun (once the needs-to-be-done are finished).
Good luck with your life. It is not always easy, it is often confusing, but there are nice things in it, so it is totally worth living. I can promise you that.
