Confused alter

I'm the only alter in this system. I really need advice before I continue to hurt my core.

I really hate being alone, besides her. But we have no choice now. And, I won't let her date. Cause of being taken advantage of. I really need some help accepting that were going to be alone. And money, won't fix things. Like her deceased abuser.

I want to be comfortable,and not help. Cause I'm lazy. I really hate my chores. But do them. What I need is a reality check. Cause things can't go the way I want them to. Cause we can't drive nor afford to.

What I really need to do is stop hurting my core and listen. Stop causing tantrums. And really listen.
