A lot of doctors get uncomfortable around multiples because they don't understand us. Then they say we're weird or something to make themselves feel better. You can be a good person and be multiple at the same time.

Iain

Hello.
I was kept in a closed ward of the hospital for a month. Officially, I have a diagnosis. But doctors did not officially say that I have a dissociation. It took several years for doctors to understand, but nothing will be officially changed. It took me over a year to agree that there might be several of me.
I still think that I just thought of something for myself. :?

If by that, you mean you feel as if you 'just made it up', I think that's pretty common. It doesn't make that true, however. I don't for a moment, think anyone on this forum, you included, is just making it up. Something is going on. People don't just do this, for fun. It's not fun. You're in the right place to talk about these things. Hugs, if wanted.
