My alter has been causing me to shake like I'm in hypothermia. For a few months now. No talking to him or upping meds will help. He has also acted like a toddler just to so called be himself. But behaves after I really get on him.
He wants this negative attention and wants to take over so called and take me for a ride. I am hating life right now since this has gone on so long with only his lies as what's going on.
Owen: I'm just going to say life sucks. We have no money and I'm greedy. I'm mad at life and am taking it out on my host. I don't care if I cause her shaking or pain. I want her to feel suffering. Cause I have it easy and get candy if I force her to. I like being crule. Alters don't help her she has to get me on her own and suffer.

Owen. Being cruel to your host can make them verry sick and then you end up in hospital where there is no candy.
What is it about life that sucks? Maybe if you talk about it we can help host to make life better. Eli

I am sorry this is happening, it feels so out of control when that happens. I think I have a problem like that a lot, Fortunately it is happening less then other times in the past, but I know how it feels so frustrating and scary, like you want to be seen one way and that gets hijacked.

I know I'm causing harm. But I do care. I'm depressed, and taking it out on her.

I'm just tired of being alone. So I take it out on my host. She tried an old bottle of wellbutrin, and it helps me so she's going to talk to our psych about a new persciption. I'm so happy this is helping. I'm in such a better mood and my host took away dr. Phill to help with shaking. It's better about 50%. So I'll be able to do my job now and help take care of my host. I hope this works long term!.... Owen

It really sucks to feel alone, Owen, but a system always has each other, if nothing else- I know it can suck not having your body to yourself to be as you feel, but it is, what it is, parts of us struggle with it but some things just are. Glad that you're feeling a little better- try not to take too much out on the host- as has been said, if the body ends up in hospital, you're all stuck there. Hopefully you all will get to get back on the wellbutrin and that'll help with your mood. Try and stay safe.
