It feels like I'm falling and I don't know who I am and on my way down I'm grabbing on to things that feels familiar to me. Things like food, television programmes, bits of music etc. Even those things don't feel right but they're helping me to land safely.
In a day or maybe sooner I'll be fine. I'll have forgot about all this and I'll be on my way to it all happening again.
This is my life. I think I'm a sky diver.

sorry to hear. I get a horrible feeling like I'm falling too lately.

I wouldn't say that it's a particularly unpleasant feeling but it's not a particularly pleasant feeling either. There is a calmness to it but there's also an uncertainty. Like I don't know who I am anymore and a feeling of emptiness comes with it as well. I think it's because who I was has left. Idk tbh but I'm trying to figure it out.
