I can sit and watch them back as if I'm watching someone else who is not me.
I know it's me really but I feel absolutely no relation to her. I laugh at her because I think she's absolutely hilarious.
It's like the most weirdest thing.
I'm a bit ###$ up today because I'm dissociating and it's making me feel high or something that's not quite real.
Does anyone else get this?

Hello Western,
I'm not sure I get it right, do you mean you have filmed yourself and watched the video, but who you see in this video doesn't look quite like you/what you expected ?
If so, it is common with DID, alters may have a different look/voice from the host, so when watching the video you are seeing the host and you may feel confused about this.
You're not the only one going through it and I'm sure if you look up for topics like this you'll find some more informations.
