At this point, seeing a therapist to help you unravel everything might be a good idea.
Inside my head, I have said "you can't worsen more my facial expression".
Answer : "Are you sur ?"
Me : "Prove it"
After this, I have made an horrible facial expression which I can't control... So, it seems true. This alter can do worst...
Please. Stop. Playing. Mind-games. With. Your. Headmates.
Would you like it if other people asked you to throw stuff around the house to "prove you exist"? No, of course not. Headmates are the same. They exist. They can do anything with your body,
because it is also their body. You are supposed to be a team, to be on the same side. Stop antagonizing them!
When I was child/adolescent, sometimes, I had a voice who wants to play a little mental game or challege to get a "magical" gift.
Maybe an alter ?
Could be an alter. Could be your imagination. I cant tell, I'm not in your head.
At on point, i had pissed off about thoses poor "games" witout effectives gifts and I have refused to play...
Maybe, this vicious alter is this old alter who continues the "game" but in the real life (men of the futur mission and muscular paralyses, body pain, facial expression and social skills enhancement) ?
Maybe. Maybe not. I cant say, I'm not in your head.
Remember that the reality experienced by your headmates can be different than the outside physical world.
I am a qilin (chinese unicorn). Theia is a dryad. Uriel is an angel. Envy is a shapeshifter. Ulysses is a Pokémon. We
have "magical powers". But,
they work only in the Innerworld, not in the physical world. It can be frustrating sometimes. We have to accept that our powers work only "inside" and not "outside".
The "men of the future" thing might have a meaning for whoever talked about it. It can be symbolic. It can be something in your Innerworld.
Try to ask questions to your headmates, ask them what they mean, ask them to write down what they mean, who they are, what are their "back stories", what they need, what they feel, what they want from you... This is more important than playing silly games of "I bet you cant paralyze me".
It is time you start working WITH your headmates.
