So since being off my anti psychotic my thought insertions are basically almost gone. So maybe they were just random thoughts. Intrusive thoughts or whatever.
***Trigger Warning*******(talk of sex)
Is it normal to not enjoy the same things sexually all the time. Like at one time be perfectly ok with something then at another time be disgusted by it or feel guilty about it.

I was chatting to a guy about this online last week. He had alot of sexual problems because he was brought up to feel guilty and also to fear being sued if he engaged in sex so I find him quite insightful.
People have sex or a sexual act and then regret it. Simple.
How you cope with it is what matters. Like for example if someone had sex with the guy I chat to willingly but then regretted it sueing him would be wrong. I try to tell him that but it's too ingrained in him to expect women will regret things and sue him. There are spiteful nasty people who regret sex and do accuse people of stuff but hopefully generally people manage their regret without taking it out on the other person.
If all parties are adult consenting humans then even if later you feel bad there's nothing to feel bad about imo.

No. Not normal. It sounds like some parts are ok with certain things and other parts are not. This was how things were for me
my whole life, with
many things, not just sex. I couldn't understand it at all until I became aware of the others.
