Should I just not mention that the voices are like thoughts when I turn in the test?

Mention whatever feels right to mention in the moment. Don't sweat it.

I know it is really hard for you but try not to second guess yourself at every turn. And if you do start second guessing yourself, say that. "Okay, I am second guessing myself again." Saying it takes a lot of the weight off. Then take a 5 minute break and do something else as a reward for noticing that you are doing it again and to disrupt the punctiliousness.
