This is what I mean by regulation, and, yes, for sure, each country would have to have a way. But then we've never been impressed by any medical care we've ever received ever, so, I wouldn't say doctors as a whole are regulated much either because they regulate themselves.
They don't in here, but explaining how our country works would be very OT. We don't have it like it's in US, where even the basic schools are divided to bad ones and good ones. They're all free in here, and they're all good. Our whole education system is free, also uni, also to foreign students, it's all very different. It would be weird to recommend your doctor to someone in here, because they're all doctors. You don't have to work to find a good one. That's almost free as well, our trip to eye-hospital on Tuesday cost about 30 euros. We had two nurses and two docs treating us that day. It's not based on insurances, I don't have any kind of insurance.
